The NC Turnpike Authority has released the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Garden Parkway project, including the recommended alternative.  A public comment period is now open and the NC Turnpike Authority will accept comments on the draft EIS and recommended alternative until July 17, 2009.  Click here for more information:
